Every engagement starts with a written assessment. Four audit tiers depending on scope. Prices shown are Zone 1; Zone 2 is a small uplift, Zone 3 is quoted case-by-case.

Service fee
For general electrical work that doesn't start with an audit. Covers the visit, the diagnosis, and the written quote.

Hourly rates
Used when scope cannot be predicted. Most work runs on fixed-scope quotes after an audit. Hourly work is always capped in writing before we start.

Travel
Travel for general electrical work. Audit travel is bundled into the audit fee and shown by zone in the audit table.

Why we charge for audits
Free quotes are how the trade got its bad reputation. Twenty-minute walkarounds, vague verbal estimates, work that balloons once started. A paid audit funds proper diagnostic work and produces a written report you keep regardless of whether you proceed. The fee credits 50% against installation if you proceed within 90 days. If a paid audit is a dealbreaker, we're not the right fit and that saves us both time.
